I am relatively new to the aviation industry, and participating in the AMPAP program gave me insights into the industry that would have taken me an entire career to achieve.

In my AMPAP course, I most appreciated the Airport Operations Safety and Security module, because it provides airport managers with valuable standards, aiming at conducting airport operations with reasonable hazard risk management.
AMPAP enabled me to understand and to get into the aviation industry in a fast and professional manner. The diversity and expertise of colleagues from all over the world added to my knowledge and provided me with a valuable experience. I highly recommend the programme to be taken by all.
During my 28 years in aviation I have undergone different training but AMPAP was totally a different experience. It has changed my outlook, aided me in quick and effective decision making which enhanced my confidence and improved my communication skills; all of which are essential for an Airport Director.
The syllabus of the face-to-face as well as the online courses was excellent and useful in my day-to-day work at the airport. During the course I exchanged knowledge with participants from all around the world.
AMPAP is a really excellent programme and it works. After doing this course as an Airport Director in Jodhpur i have utilized what I was taught and obtained a marvelous jump in the non-aeronautical revenue of this airport.
I now have more confidence to handle any stream of airport management and I am eager to take on new challenges. It was a great experience learning airport management in an international environment. I especially enjoyed the Airport Communications and Public Relations course. As an IAP, I hope to contribute more to my organization as an expression of my gratitude.
